BBQ Pork Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 2 toasted hoagie or sub rolls 
- 8 - 10 oz. of smoked pork 
- Mustard/vinegar-based BBQ sauce 
- 3 cups of Cedar Key Coleslaw (see recipe) 
- Butter hoagie rolls and toast open-faced 
Place warm pork in toasted rolls and drizzle with approximately 2 tablespoons of BBQ Sauce over each sandwich. Add coleslaw on top of the pork and drizzle another 2 tablespoons of BBQ Sauce per sandwich on top of the coleslaw. OMGosh!!!
